Hello and Welcome!
Starting a drive-through salad business was an idea that first popped into my head about seven years ago; yet the timing wasn’t right until now - 2021. As my children are grown and are flying the coop, the time has come to start this new chapter of my life. I’m so excited!
I hope to fill a niche market by opening my truck and offering healthy and hearty main-course salads and soups, with other items to come. I’m a simple gal who enjoys a good and hefty salad with lots of yummy toppings and I want to share those same salads with you! ~Anne
About Edgy Veggie
We will always have the most loved salads like Cobb, Mediterranean, Southwest, and a few others. Yet, we will also have monthly and/or seasonal specials in order to always have something fresh and new to try. In the colder months we will have rotating soups, bisques, and stews. Our salad dressings are scratch-made using quality ingredients.
My heart was set on the exterior of my truck being colorful and happy. I wanted to give my customers and community a feeling of nostalgia, a reminiscence of simpler times and of days gone by. I hope its design will put a smile on your face!
